Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan dan Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan yang Menerapkan dan Tidak Menerapkan Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Esop) Periode 2016-2020 dan Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the financial performance and company value in companies that implement ESOP with companies that don’t implement ESOP in the non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample of this research is 24 samples, namely 12 companies that implement ESOP and 12 companies that don’t implement ESOP. The data analysis technique used in this research is Independent Sample T-test and Mann Whitney U-test. This research uses several financial ratios, such as profitability ratios, activity ratios, likuidity ratios, market ratios and solvability ratios. The results showed that there were no significant differences in ROA, ROE, NPM, Current Ratio and DER, but there is a significant difference in TATO, and PER between companies that apply ESOP and companies that don’t implement ESOP.
