Analisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Kepribadian Wirausaha Terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM Percetakan di Kecamatan Medan Baru Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial personality on the success of printing businesses in Medan Baru District, North Sumatra. The population in this study was 35 people. The sample in this study was 35 people, using the saturated sample method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and T statistical tests. The results of the research show that simultaneously, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial personality influence the success of printing businesses in Medan Baru District, North Sumatra. Partially, entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the success of printing businesses in Medan Baru District, North Sumatra. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.027 < 0.05 and the t table value (2.326 > 1.67), and Entrepreneurial Personality partially has a positive and significant effect on the success of printing businesses in Medan Baru District, North Sumatra. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 and the t table value (3.976 > 1.67). The business success variable can be explained by the entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial personality variables, while the rest can be explained by other variables not examined in this research.
