Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kharismatik dan Model Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pengurus Wilayah Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of charismatic leadership style and organization communication models on organization performance at Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara. The population in this study were all management of Al Washliyah Sumatera utara, amounting to 100 people. The number of samples in this study was 50 people using the purposive sampling technique. Research data was obtained from conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires with management of Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership style and organization communication models simultaneously have a significant effect on organization performance at Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara. The partial test shows charismatic leadership style and organization communication models have a positive and significant effect on organization performance at Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara.
