    Abstract
Employees are the key element in achieving the goals desired by a company or institution. These goals can be attained through improved employee performance, which is influenced by work attitude and job satisfaction. At the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning in Deli Serdang Regency, it was found that employees generally exhibit good performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the variables of Work Attitude and Job Satisfaction with Employee Performance. This research also aims to analyze the influence of these two variables on performance achievements within the office, which have exceeded targeted goals. The study was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees using a total sampling technique, supported by secondary data such as books and previous research. The data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests as tools for data interpretation. The results of the study show that Work Attitude and Job Satisfaction significantly influence Employee Performance, with a correlation and influence of 95.6% and 90.8%, respectively. Improved work attitude and job satisfaction among employees will enhance their performance, and vice versa.
