    Abstract
A good company is one that strives to enhance the potential of its human resources, as this is the main factor in improving employee work quality. Success in delivering quality and quantity services highly depends on the resources owned by the company. Employees are valuable assets for the company that must be carefully maintained. This study aims to analyze how work-life balance and employee break rooms affect employee work quality at PT Torganda Kandir Medan. The influences of work-life balance and employee break rooms will be analyzed both partially and simultaneously on employee work quality. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling techniques with 71 respondents as the sample. Primary data was collected directly through questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research indicate that the variables of work-life balance and employee break rooms significantly affect employee work quality, and all independent variables simultaneously influence employee work quality. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a strong relationship between work-life balance and employee break rooms and employee work quality, with an R value of 0.916. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the variables of work-life balance and employee break rooms contribute 83.4% to work quality, while the remaining 16.6% is influenced by factors outside of this research model.
