Employees are key to enabling a company to innovate and survive competition among businesses today. Companies must pay attention to the needs of their employees to improve performance through strengthening employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). However, researchers have found a decline in OCB among employees at Wulan Windy General Hospital, evident through a weakening of their OCB. After conducting an in-depth preliminary study, researchers identified that the unfavorable work environment, inadequate financial compensation, and lack of career development opportunities provided by the hospital were the causes of this phenomenon. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the variables of Work Environment, Financial Compensation, and Career Development with OCB at Wulan Windy General Hospital. This study also aims to examine the influence of these three variables on the weakening of OCB at the hospital. Research was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 employees using a total sampling technique, supported by secondary data such as various books and previous studies. Data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing as tools for data interpretation. The results of the study show that Work Environment, Financial Compensation, and Career Development have a significant influence on changes in OCB, with the correlation and influence levels of 79.9% and 62.7%, respectively. A good work environment, appropriate financial compensation, and the provision of career development opportunities for employees will strengthen OCB at Wulan Windy General Hospital, subsequently improving the performance of its employees significantly.en_US
