One of the factors that influence the success of the bank's efforts to improve quality service is the existence of good human resource management which can be measured through performance, which can also be influenced by organizational commitment and cyberloafing behavior of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and cyberloafing behavior on employee performance at PT Bank Sumut Koordinator Medan Branch. The population in this study were employees at PT Bank Sumut Koordinator Medan Branch. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, which is to take the entire population of 40 people. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale which was distributed to respondents directly at the PT Bank Sumut Koordinator Medan Branch office. Data analysis methods used validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis test. The results showed that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (regression coefficient = 2.480, significance = 0.18). Meanwhile, cyberloafing behavior had no significant effect on employee performance (regression coefficient = 1.702, significance = 0.097).
