dc.description.abstractA new car is often seen as a sign of progress in life and can increase self-confidence. the hedonistic lifestyle of the current generation makes it mentally more stressful. the internet is growing which makes cyberlofing more likely. Supervision needs to be done for employee performance so that it does not decline due to these problems. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, cyberloafing behavior, and supervision on employee performance at Auto 2000 Medan Marelan. the influence of work stress, cyberloafing behavior, and supervision will be analyzed partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with 50 employees as research samples, with the sampling technique being saturated samples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale distributed to respondents directly at Auto 2000 Medan Marelan, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple liner analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the work stress variable had an effect on employee performance, obtained a t value of 2.846 > 2.01290 with a significance of 0.007 < 0.025. Cyberloafing partially has no effect on employee performance, obtained t count of 0.503 < 2.01290 with a significance of 0.617 < 0.025. Supervision obtained t count of 2.590 > 2.01290 with a significance of 0.013 < 0.025. The variables of work stress, cyberloafing, and supervision simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance, obtained f count 4.403 > 2.81 and the significance of f count is 0.008 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination is 17.2% while the remaining 82.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research variables.en_US
