dc.description.abstract | There is intense competition in the world of work, so every company tries to improve employee performance to be able to survive and even compete with its competitors. Employee performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to employees. At PT Persero Belmera, employees have poor performance at work, such as not matching work results with work plans and punctuality in completing tasks. Performance assessment is a systematic effort to compare what a person has achieved compared to existing standards. The goal is to encourage someone's performance to be above average. A good work performance appraisal system must be able to accommodate various external challenges faced by someone outside of their work. This research aims to determine the effect of work pressure and work enthusiasm on employee performance. This research was conducted on all employees of PT Persero Belmera using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work pressure has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work enthusiasm and work pressure have a significant effect on the performance of PT Persero Belmera employees. | en_US |
