dc.description.abstract | This thesis is entitled the accountability of business actors related to the fulfillment of product quality in the Syrup Chankir industry in North Labuhanbatu Regency. This study will discuss the regulations regarding the product quality requirements of the Syrup Chankir business, the inhibiting factors in fulfilling the product quality requirements of the Syrup Chankir business, and how the accountability of Syrup Chankir business actors in North Labuhanbatu Regency.
The research method used to answer the formulation of the problem is a descriptive analysis method that uses normative and empirical legal approaches. The data collection technique used is library research to obtain secondary data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials related to the problem and field research conducted by direct interviews with Home Industry Syrup Chankir actors, Head of the Health Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency and consumers, as additional data in addition to the results of the interview, this study was analyzed using qualitative methods.
The responsibility given to consumers, namely the owner of the Syrup Chankir business, said that as a relationship between business actors and consumers, business actors will be responsible as referred to in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, namely damage, pollution and/or losses experienced by consumers are the burden and responsibility of business actors, without closing the possibility of providing evidence. | en_US |
