Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the Dengue virus. Dengue virus that is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Early symptoms of the disease DHF include high fever that lasts all day for 2-7 days, bleeding manifestations, persistently low platelets, hemoconcentration, liver enlargement, muscle pain, nausea and vomiting, and diarrhea. This study aims to apply the concept of nursing care in children with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). This research was conducted using a case study method with a nursing process approach which includes: assessment, data analysis, nursing planning, implementation and evaluation. The nursing diagnoses that appear on An. A in accordance with data analysis there are 4, namely: Bleeding associated with thrombocytopemia, hypovolemia, acute pain and the risk of meeting nutritional needs less than body needs. After carrying out nursing actions, the results found, nursing problems bleeding has been resolved characterized by, bleeding of the gums has stopped, malena (-). The nursing problem of hypovolemia is resolved characterized by, lip mucosa moist, Ht: 46%, TTV within normal limits. The problem of pain is resolved marked by the grimace is absent, the pain scale is 0. The problem of hyperthermia is resolved marked by the client's temperature returning to normal, namely 36.8 ℃ and the client is no longer shivering. The main principle The main principle of DHF management is supportive therapy, adequate supportive therapy will reduce patient mortality.
