Carry out nursing care for families suffering from cholesterol disease and improve the health status of families suffering from cholesterol in the Pangkalan Masyhur sub-district area. Nursing care was provided to two families suffering from hypercholesterolemia by helping families recognize family health problems by providing health education about hypertension, educating families in making decisions, caring for families by providing herbal therapy, modifying the environment, and helping families in utilizing health facilities. The results obtained from this senior practice were that in the 2 families there were differences in blood cholesterol levels and also how to treat the disease after the intervention was given and before the intervention was given. With this, families have the right to receive comprehensive nursing care to support recovery and improve the quality of life and family understanding of hypercholesterolemia.
