    Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Therapeutic Community (TC) model in changing the behavior of residents at the IPWL Nazar Rehabilitation Center. The TC model is an approach that focuses on behavior change through a supportive social environment, where residents are involved in structured activities and positive social interactions. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving direct observation and in depth interviews with residents and rehabilitation staff. The results of the study indicate that the TC model at IPWL Nazar is effective in creating positive behavioral changes among residents, as evidenced by increased self awareness, discipline, and social skills. Factors supporting this success include a well defined program structure, the active role of facilitators, and social support from fellow residents. Moreover, the involvement of residents in daily activities, such as group meetings, counseling, and work related activities, also plays a significant role in enhancing their sense of responsibility and ability to adapt within the community. However, the study also found challenges, such as resistance to change from some residents and limited available resources. These findings suggest that while the TC model can be an effective tool in behavioral rehabilitation, adjustments and program enhancements are needed to address these challenges.
