    Abstract
This thesis describes the China-Taiwan conflict and its impact on Indonesia's political economic interests. The aim of this thesis research is to determine the causes of China's conflict with Taiwan and its impact on Indonesia's political economy in 2017-2023. This research uses International Political Economy theory, Global Supply Chain and the concept of the Asia Pacific Region. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with descriptive research type, the researcher uses collection techniques through literature review. The results of this research are that there are factors that cause conflict between China and Taiwan, namely the existence of generations-old conflicts related to territorial struggles and the One China Policy by China towards Taiwan. The China-Taiwan conflict will have an impact on the global economy, especially the Asia Pacific region because China and Taiwan are countries that have a big influence on international markets, especially in the Asia Pacific region. Even though the impact of the China-Taiwan conflict is not yet significant, if it escalates, this conflict will have an impact on export-import activities and foreign investment will be disrupted. Indonesia, which has good relations with China and Taiwan, will certainly feel the impact of this conflict. China is Indonesia's largest investor and trading partner, while Taiwan and Indonesia have profitable cooperative relations, especially in semiconductors. The influence of the China-Taiwan conflict on Indonesia's political economy is complex and diverse. Indonesia still depends on foreign investment, especially China.
