    Abstract
    In order to assess marketing effectiveness and ascertain CV Fajar Randu's SWOT analysis, this study will identify marketing institutions, marketing channels, marketing functions, costs, margins, farmer's share, and profits. The study was carried out in August and September of 2023. Questionnaires, observations, and interviews are the methods utilized to collect data. The findings demonstrated that there are two types of marketing channels: level I and level II channels. The exchange and physical supply functions comprise the marketing function that CV Fajar Randu performs. In Bireuen Aceh, the level II channels have the greatest marketing expenses. Level I marketing channels have the highest farmer's share, the lowest marketing margin, and the highest marketing efficiency of any channel. According to the SWOT analysis, CV Fajar Randu belongs in quadrant I. The analysis concludes that level I and level II marketing channels are the two marketing channels used by CV Fajar Randu. The exchange function and the physical provision function are the marketing functions that make up CV Fajar Randu. The level II channels in Bireuen Aceh have the highest marketing expenses. in Binjai City, North Sumatra Province, the level I channel has the lowest marketing margin. in Binjai City, North Sumatra Province, the first level channel has the most farmer's share. Both marketing channels I and IIprovide efficient marketing results, and the SO SWOT method is used.
