    Abstract
    The aim of this research is to describe the productivity of farming in the research area, to analyze the factors that influence the production of pineapple farming in the research area, to analyze the level of income and the level of efficiency of pineapple farming in the research area and to analyze the factors that influence the income of pineapple farming in the research area. The analytical method used in this research is the regression method, the Cobb-Douglas function is processed with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data in the form of production data and production facilities for pineapple plants in the period 2023. The results of the research conclude that pineapple productivity per farmer in the research area is 73,505 Kg per year and productivity per hectare is 94,237 Kg/ Ha per year. The productivity of this pineapple farming business is relatively high. Simultaneously, the factors of land area, fertilizer, pesticides and the amount of labor have a significant effect on pineapple farming production, but partially only pesticides and the amount of labor have a significant effect. The average income of pineapple farming per farmer in 1 year in Desa Onanrunggu II is relatively high and efficient. Simultaneously, the factors of production costs, depreciation and labor costs have a significant effect on pineapple farming income, but partially only production costs and labor costs have a significant effect, while the depreciation cost factor has no real effect on farming income.
