Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Produksi CPO Berbasis Website PKS PT. Sinar Langkat Perkasa Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

In digital era, information systems technology is growing more rapidly, especially among companies and business competition by utilising information systems technology which is increasingly mushrooming among companies, especially in Indonesia. Information systems have penetrated into all sectors of life, one of which is the agricultural sector which is growing so rapidly. One of them is the PKS unit of PT Sinar Langkat Perkasa Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province which is located in Pekan Selesai, Kecamatan Selesai, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research aims to encourage the development of a website-based CPO production commodity information system at PKS PT Sinar Langkat Perkasa in Langkat Regency to be able to present information about CPO production data from 2018 to 2022. The results of the study are a website-based Information System designed with the aim of helping users where leadership employees and executive employees so that the data table of CPO production and sales reports can be inputted easily and analysed in the form of graphs with the plugins provided. Website display with the ability to interact with the server in the form of input-output through PHP software, to make it easier for users to deal with systems based on databases on the server. Hosting is used to create web hosting servers, WordPress hosting, and cloud hosting, namely hostinger.
