    Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the availability of library collections at State Polytechnic of Medan based on the standards of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). The measurement is assessed based on six main indicators of collection availability according to ACRL: Access, Format, Digital Collections, Facilities, User Education, and Repositories. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study consisted of 3,321 members of State Polytechnic of Medan Library using the Slovin formula, so the sample was limited to 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling as the method for selecting sample units. The results of the study show that overall library users tend to agree with the availability of the library's collections. On the access indicator, more than half (63%) of library users agree that the books and journals provided were relevant to the research fields and existing curriculum. On the Format indicator, more than half (62%) of library users felt that the library had provided collections in various adequate formats. For the digital collections indicator, more than half (65%) of library users agree that the digital collections supported their academic needs. Meanwhile, the facilities indicator showed a high level of satisfaction, with more than half (74%) of library users agreeing that the library facilities were adequate. User education received a very positive assessment, with the majority (88%) of library users agreeing that the user education program was effective in helping them understand how to access and to use the collections. On the repository indicator, more than half (54%) of library users agree, indicating the need for improvements in repository management at the library.
