Abstract
Global changes that have hit the entire world are marked by the era of globalization. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital transformation on employee job satisfaction and how the picture of employee job satisfaction at PT. Mito Energi Indonesia. The subjects in the study were all employees of PT. Mito Energi Indonesia, totaling 80 subjects. This study uses a quantitative method. The data collection method is carried out using a Likert scale consisting of a digital transformation scale and a job satisfaction scale. This study uses a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that digital transformation significantly affects employee job satisfaction at PT. Mito Energi Indonesia by 50.2% while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
