    Abstract
    The increasingly diverse use of peanuts has resulted in the demand for peanuts increasing from year to year. Until now, the national demand for peanuts can not be met from domestic production. The problem in planting peanuts is the seeds. One way to improve seed quality is by vegetative propagation of plants through tissue culture. This study aims to determine the effect of auxin and cytokinin concentrations on peanut embryo culture. This research was conducted at the Alifa Agricultural Research Center Laboratory (ALIFA-ARC) from March to May 2024. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 treatment factors. The first factor was the NAA concentration which consists of 0 ppm (control), 2 ppm, and 4 ppm. The second factor was the BAP concentration which consists of 0 ppm (control), 2 ppm, and 4 ppm. The parameters observed were the percentage of live explants, number of leaves, shoot length, number of shoots, number of roots, wet weight, and stem diameter. The results showed that giving NAA concentration had a significant effect on increasing the number of leaves, shoot length, wet weight, and stem diameter. The application of BAP concentration had a significant effect on increasing the number of roots, wet weight, and stem diameter. The interaction between giving NAA and BAP had a significant effect on increasing the number of leaves, shoot length, and number of shoots.
