    Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of rainfall, rainy days, fertilization and land slope on oil palm productivity in the Gunung Bayu Plantation of PTPN IV carried out from March 2024 to June 2024. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a real influence of rainfall, rainy days, fertilization and differences in land slope partially and simultaneously and correlation to oil palm productivity (Elaeis guineensis Jacq). At PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Gunung Bayu Unit Afdeling I. This study uses secondary data available in the plantation administration, including oil palm production data for 8 years, rainfall data and monthly rainy days data for 8 years, fertilization data and land slope data for 8 years. The analysis methods used are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The model is tested for its feasibility with the classical assumption test including the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test using the statistical tool SPSS.v.25 for windows. The results showed that rainfall and rainy days based on partial T test and simultaneous F together had no significant effect on flat, medium and sloping land on increasing oil palm productivity for 8 years (2015-2022) and the coefficient of rainfall and rainy days had a very strong relationship, namely 0.925. Fertilization based on partial T test and simultaneous F test together has a significant effect on flat land but has no effect on medium and sloping land on increasing coconut productivity for 8 years (2015-2022), the coefficient of productivity and NPK fertilization and MG has a strong relationship, namely 0.899. Land slope based on partial T test and simultaneous F test together has no significant effect on increasing oil palm productivity for 8 years (2015-2022). The more land approaches flat conditions (0o), the higher the productivity of oil palm produced. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
